Production time

Every print is made to order. Printing and framing take 2 to 5 business days after your order is confirmed.

Shipping time and cost

Orders ship from the United States, Europe or Australia, whichever is closest to you. Typical transit times after production:

• United States and Canada: 3 to 6 business days.
• United Kingdom and European Union: 3 to 7 business days.
• Australia and New Zealand: 4 to 8 business days.
• Rest of the world: 6 to 15 business days.

Shipping cost depends on size and destination and is shown at checkout before you pay. Import duties, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your print leaves the workshop.

Damaged or wrong items

If your print arrives damaged, or with the wrong language, size or frame, email a photo to hello@mynationalanimal.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll reprint and reship it free of charge.

Returns for change of mind

Because each print is produced specifically for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please double-check language, size and frame before ordering. If you’re unsure, write to us first and we’ll help you choose.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by emailing hello@mynationalanimal.com. After that, production has started and the order can’t be cancelled.
